Women4Green Impact Series #3: Swapaholic

Following our first W4G Impact Series on Sustainable Fashion, on 3 March 2018, we collaborated with Swapholic to bring their Swap Party to the Singapore Sustainability Academy. This provided people with a chance to declutter and freshen up their closets in an economically and environmentally-sustainable way, while also contributing towards a social cause, as 50% of the proceeds were donated to Singapore Children’s Society.

The event featured founder and CEO of TheNewSavvy, Anna Vanessa Haotanto, and TV and radio presenter, Charlotte Mei, both of whom gave away fashion items from their own closets. We also partnered with Made Real, a modern-day health food brand, to bring Swapaholics healthy snacks as they happily swapped items of clothing.
