Youth4Climate Festival 2026
6 and 7 June

Sharing the same commitment of Singapore’s Year of Climate Adaptation and the national Go Green SG movement, City Developments Limited (CDL) will launch the 9th edition of its flagship Youth4Climate Festival at City Square Mall from 6 to 7 June 2026. The festival continues CDL’s longstanding commitment to youth empowerment, climate education and community engagement. This year’s theme, “From Melting Ice to Rising Action,” spotlights the urgent need for climate resilience and adaptation, while reinforcing the interconnectedness between global climate systems and local action.
The festival will be graced by Guest-of-Honour Senior Minister of State for Sustainability and the Environment & Education, Dr Janil Puthucheary, who will officiate the event on Saturday, 6 June 2026, at 1.30pm, at City Square Mall.
Singer-songwriter, Karyn (@iamnotagirl), will open with a performance of the Go Green Jingle, followed by welcome remarks by CDL’s Group Chief Executive Officer, Mr Sherman Kwek, as well as opening remarks by Dr Janil Puthucheary.
Climate advocate and Founder of Just Keep Thinking, Biogirl MJ, will deliver a sharing on the refreshed CDL EcoTrain theme, followed by a storytelling presentation by Fleur Yeo, past winner of the CDL’s We Love Our Planet storytelling contest.

The Eco Workshops are curated around three key “C” pillars — Circularity Solutions, Community Empowerment, and Climate Action & Nature-Based Solutions.
